The Social Club was rebuilt in 1983 and is situated above the pavilion. The social side of the club underpins the costs of running the club. It has a flourishing membership and is used by bowlers who are visiting the County and staying in the Town.
Social Membership Fees this season are £5 for local members and £3.00 for Country Members.
The Function Room
An extension was built in 1996, consisting of a large changing room with the function room on the upper floor adjoining the main social room. There are weekly meetings of the whist and bridge clubs and meetings of the local Probus club are held on the first and third Wednesday mornings of each month. For a modest fee, negotiated with the club secretary, the room can also be used for weddings, birthday parties and christenings.
The New Balcony
During the winter of 1997/98 a large balcony and viewing area were added to the social room allowing spectator participation and a panoramic view of the green and players.
Any visitor is assured of a warm welcome to the Tenby Bowling Club.
